Where the transfer of your personal data abroad is required, such transfer shall be carried out in accordance with the tiered regime stipulated under Article 9 of the KVKK, as amended by Law No. 7499, namely: transfer to countries for which an adequacy decision has been issued; where no adequacy decision exists, transfer subject to the provision of appropriate safeguards; and, where neither of these is possible, transfer within the scope of the exceptional circumstances specified under the Law.
7. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the periods stipulated under the applicable legislation or for the period required by the purpose of processing.
Upon expiration of the retention period or when the reasons requiring the processing of the data cease to exist, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the applicable legislation.

8. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a personal data subject, you have the right to:
1. Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
2. Request information if your personal data has been processed,
3. Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
4. Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. Request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
7. Request that the correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
8. Object to the occurrence of a result against you as a result of the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
9. Request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
9. Application Method

Your applications may be submitted to the above addresses in accordance with the procedures and principles stipulated under the KVKK and applicable legislation.
Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, your applications shall be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your application must include your Turkish Republic identification number (for Turkish citizens), or your nationality and passport number or identification number, if applicable (for foreigners); your residential or workplace address for notification purposes; your e-mail address, telephone number and, if applicable, fax number for notification purposes; and the subject matter of your request.
